Effective Human Intervention (EHI) is a global leader in the field of comprehensive training solutions. Established in May 2007 by our founder, Callie Kruger, EHI has evolved to become a trusted provider of high-quality and industry-relevant courses, covering a wide spectrum of disciplines including electrical, mechanical, production, instrumentation, and soft skills.

Our Founder

Callie Kruger, with a keen eye on industry trends and a commitment to compliance training, laid the foundation of EHI. His vision was to assist clients in maintaining their professional standards and competitiveness through cutting-edge, up-to-date training programs delivered by industry experts.

Our Evolution

EHI initially focused on short courses designed to empower engineers with valuable CPD (Continuing Professional Development) Credits. Over the years, our course offerings have expanded to cater to a diverse range of professionals across various industries. Today, our clientele includes Maintenance Managers, Safety Practitioners, Artisans, Millwrights, Electricians, Contractors, Maintenance Supervisors, Planners, Technical Superintendents, OHS Managers, and many more.
