Our Founder

Effective Human Intervention was founded in 2007 by Callie Kruger, whose vision was built on fairness, trust, and respect in every interaction.

His commitment to delivering meaningful value to clients remains embedded in the way we operate today — through strong relationships, practical training, and a deep understanding of industry needs.
